I made an appointment with Dr. Chadwell regarding a procedure that I have dreamed of having for forty plus years. I was scared and nervous going for my first appointment. The moment I walked into his office all my worries went away. I was greeted so politely. I wasn’t just a number waiting to be called. The office staff is wonderful. They treat you with respect.
At the conclusion of my first visit, I was ready to schedule my appointment for surgery. Dr. Chadwell was very patient and thorough. After his exam, I didn’t have a single question. He sent me home with a procedure book that went over everything we had talked about. I called the next day to schedule my surgery. He doesn’t rush right into surgery. I went back for a second consultation to make sure I understood everything. In fact, the procedure book I was given was like it was written for me. Everything I experienced was in that book.
Dr. Chadwell and his staff were incredibly helpful through my procedure and I am grateful for their kindness. Dr. Chadwell’s professionalism, expertise, and understanding put him in a class by himself.

Dr. Chadwell takes a personal interest not only in me but what procedures I am considering. And he takes the time to explain them from start to finish and always thoroughly answers all of my questions. I have had upper eyelid surgery, a minor lower lid surgery, Botox, and Fraxel. All went very well, my healing time was minimal, and I am thrilled with the outcome.
In addition, I had some skin cancer removed from my cheek area by a dermatologist who does Mohs surgery. Immediately after the surgery, I went to Dr. Chadwell to have the incision sutured. I was shocked when the dressing was removed and I saw the hole in my face. I thought I’d never look the same again. As always, Dr. Chadwell was very compassionate and took the extra time to explain to me how he would suture the incision. I had about a five-inch incision from temple to chin. Once again, the results far exceeded my expectations. It is nearly impossible to see the scar.
I would recommend Dr. Chadwell to anyone who is considering facial plastic surgery. I will continue to see him as he helps me to age gracefully.
Attentive From Start to Finish
He was very attentive from start to finish. He checked on me after the procedure and was genuinely caring. The results after all the healing are spectacular. I receive so many compliments. My experience was Excellant!
Dr. Chadwell’s office is professional and the atmosphere is clean, calm, and hospitable. Dr. Chadwell answered all of my questions from the beginning to the final appointment.
Prior to the procedure I researched about post-operation expectations so I went in already knowing some information. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. The only pain for me was during the procedure: the Lidocaine injections. After that I felt no pain. Immediately after the procedure I saw the results. I did not need any prescribed pills other than Tyelnol and still had no pain. A little discomfort the next day but most of the issue was caused by sleeping upright. The third day was worst in terms of bruising and swelling. Dr. Chadwell checked in with me the night after the surgery and follow up the next day.
